Roger J. Patzer, beloved husband of Edith, nee Heimerl; dear father of Janet (Steve Hubbard) Patzer, Barbara Martinek and Paul (Ellen) Patzer; loving grandfather of Scott Martinek, Lauren and Karla Patzer; fond brother of Arthur (late Virginia), Julian (Isabel) and Geri (Vincent) Bugarin. Preceded in death by five sisters and three brothers. Visitation Friday, 3 p.m. to 8 p.m., at the Meadows Funeral Home, 3615 Kirchoff Rd., Rolling Meadows, where services will be held Saturday, 11 a.m. Interment Memory Gardens Cemetery.
