Margaret B. Gottschall, age 91, of Munster, IN, passed away May 13, 2006. She is survived by her son, Bruce (Susan) Gottschall of Chicago, IL; two daughters, Susan (Tom) Wolsko of Downers Grove, IL, and Barbara (Bernell) Fischer of Bloomington, IN; six grandchildren, Peter (Laura) Wolsko, Christopher Wolsko, David (Kim) Gottschall, Rebecca, Katie and Hanna Gottschall; four great-grandchildren, Luke and Matthew Wolsko, the Gottschall twins, Benjamin and Sofie; one sister, Hazel Johnson, age 99, of Northbrook, IL. Preceded in death by her husband, Robert in 2003, her parents, Swan and Anna Benson; four brothers and two sisters. A service of Remembrance will be held Saturday, June 24, 2006, at 11 a.m. at the First United Methodist Church, Hammond, with Pastor Pete Ward officiating. Margaret was a member of the First United Methodist Church, Hammond, P.E.O. Sisterhood Chapter BH, past president, and a member for 49 years. She sang in the Chicago Swedish Choral Club as a young woman and church choirs. An expression of sympathy may be given to the piano fund and music program of her church.
