George W. Sklenicka, 66, of Fort Myers, FL, formerly of Lisle, IL, passed away on May 16, 2006. He was predeceased by his wife Judy in 2002. He is survived by his children, George Sklenicka, Gary (Tracie) Sklenicka, and Amy (Mark) Carnow; and his grandson, Evan Sklenicka.
