Shares of Pulte Homes Inc. fell for the second straight day, sliding to $29.75. On Friday the nation’s second-biggest home builder cut its 2006 earnings forecast because orders in April and May plunged 29 percent from a year earlier. Other home builders also dropped. D.R. Horton Inc. retreated $1.35, to $24.81. Centex Corp. declined $1.47, to $46.12.
