The rapper (below) will star in a new movie based on a 1950s TV Western called “Have Gun–Will Travel,” Variety reports.
The concept of the series will be updated to modern times, according to Variety, and the setting could be Detroit, but those details have yet to be confirmed. It would be Em’s first major film role since starring in “8 Mile” in 2002.

VH1 is hoping to crown Eminem’s successor with a new reality show, “Ego Trip’s The (White) Rapper Show.” The network has put out a casting call for the show on its Web site.
