Walter Sienkiewicz, age 88, of Plainfield for seven years, formerly of Burr Ridge, passed away June 15, 2006, a Veteran of the United States Army. He is survived by his loving family, one son, Terry Sienkiewicz; one daughter, Linda (Ken) Thomas; two grandchildren, David and Ryan Thomas; and numerous nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his wife, Jean Sienkiewicz; his parents; brothers, Maxwell, Edward and Alexander Sienkiewicz; and a sister, Victoria Blejwas. Visitation Monday, June 19, 2006, from 3 to 9 p.m. at the Anderson Memorial Chapel, 606 Townhall Dr., in Romeoville. Funeral Service Tuesday, June 20, 2006 at 11 a.m. in the funeral home chapel.
