– DMX has racked up a weapons charge in Scottsdale, Ariz., MTV.com reports. A spokesman for the Scottsdale Police Department said officers witnessed DMX placing a pistol under the front seat of his 1964 Chevrolet convertible outside a local nightclub called Buzz on June 16. The 35-year-old rapper received a misdemeanor citation for failing to have a permit for a concealed weapon. He was not taken into custody. The infraction will likely result in a small fine but no jail time.
