Morgan, M.D. of Marion, IL; loving sister of Richard, M.D. (Julie) Morgan, of Marion, IL; caring daughter in-law of Lauretta and the late John P. Smith; loving sister-in-law of Susan, William (Janis) and James Smith; loving aunt of Julia Smith, Kristin, Benjamin (Amber), Patrick, Nick, Caroline, Colin Morgan and Nicholas and Sarah Kee; best friend of Laura Kee and dear friend to many. Tracy was born in Highland Park, Illinois and grew up in Marion, Illinois. Tracy attended Northwestern University. An avid doll collector, Tracy was known throughout the United States and worldwide for her love of doll collecting.
