Rev. Carl E. O’Rourke, age 70, of Naperville, IL, entered into eternal life on Saturday, July 8, 2006. He was born on November 6, 1935, in Detroit, MI. Father O’Rourke was ordained to the priesthood on June 4, 1988, at the Cathedral of St. Raymond in Joliet by Bishop Joseph L. Imesch and served at various parishes in the Joliet Dioceses. Visitation Wednesday, 3 to 8 p.m., at SS. Peter & Paul Church, 36 N. Ellsworth St., Naperville. Additional visitation Thursday, 9:30 to 10:30 a.m., in the church. A Mass of Christian Burial will follow Thursday, 11 a.m., in the church. Interment Holy Sepulchre Cemetery, Southfield, MI. In lieu of flowers, memorials to: The Mercy Home for Boys and Girls.
