This is regarding “`I am alive’; Last October, Rolling Meadows native Bryan Anderson lost three limbs when a roadside bomb demolished his Humvee; His story since is remarkable” (Page 1, July 6). The story of Anderson was truly emotional, moving and inspirational. This young man is the epitome of courage and determination that, in my opinion, make him a hero of major proportion.
I would like to say thank you to Anderson for his tremendous courage and the personal sacrifice he has made on behalf of all Americans.
This young man and his brothers and sisters in the military should be an inspiration to everyone in America; they are willing to sacrifice their life and limbs to serve their country.
I would like more detailed information about how I can contribute to the Bryan Anderson home construction effort.
I feel the people of America owe Bryan Anderson an enormous debt of gratitude for his effort, determination and sacrifice.
Bryan:
You and your fellow soldiers have a place in my heart and prayers, always.
