– “`Til Death Do Us Part?” Apparently not. Carmen Electra and Dave Navarro are “amicably separating,” Electra’s publicist said Monday. Former “Baywatch” star Electra and former Jane’s Addiction guitarist Navarro documented their 2003 wedding on MTV’s “`Til Death Do Us Part: Carmen & Dave.” No other details of the split were available.

– Jackie Chan apologized Sunday in Hong Kong for disrupting a recent concert by Taiwanese singer-songwriter Jonathan Lee. Chan climbed on the stage at the July 10 show and then exchanged insults with the audience when they shouted at him to get off the stage. “I was wrong,” Chan said Sunday.

– Country singer Mindy McCready arrived at court in Nashville on Monday for her DUI trial, and immediately found herself facing another legal problem. McCready was 10 minutes late, prompting the judge to tell the singer she was in contempt of court. Her punishment could range from a verbal rebuke to 10 days in jail.

– Michelle Pfeiffer is in talks to join the cast of the film version of the stage-musical version of John Waters’ 1988 film “Hairspray,” Zap2it.com reports. Pfeiffer reportedly would play villain Velma von Tussel. John Travolta is already set to play Edna Turnblad, a role originated by drag queen Divine.
