John D. Tentler, age 65, formerly of Lake in the Hills, passed away July 24, 2006, at Northwest Memorial Hospital Chicago. Beloved husband of Nancy, nee Kurzinger; loving father of Dewayne Tentler, Kim (Matthew) Rollins, Ken Tentler, John Tentler; grandfather of Chelsey Tentler, Ethan Tentler, Kallie Tentler; brother of Gary (Polly) Tentler, Marylou (Joe) Ulepio; uncle of many. John was preceded in death by his parents John and Rose Tentler. He loved fishing, hunting, motorcycles and boating. He was dedicated to his family and his career in sales at Pauly Toyota. Visitation Friday, 2 to 4 p.m. and 6 to 9 p.m., at Willow Funeral Home, 1415 W. Algonquin Rd., Algonquin, IL (one mile east of Randall Rd.). Funeral Saturday, 8:30 a.m., from funeral home, to St. Mary Church, 312 Lincoln Ave., Woodstock, IL. Mass 9:30 a.m. Cremation private.
