Dorothy E. Maginel, nee Buckley, age 88, formerly of Thornton, IL, Lakeview, AR and most recently residing with Bobby and Mat Summers Jr. in Rancho Bernardo, CA, died peace- fully Sept. 4, 2006, beloved wife of the late Robert A. Maginel; cherished loving daughter of the late Mabel and Lawrence Buckley; loving sister of the late Robert (Marion) Buckley, the late George (Lorraine) Buckley and Barbara (Robert) O’Connor; dear sister-in-law of Eva (Norman) Hilligonds and Lorraine (Robert) Kummelehne; survived by her devoted daughters, Bobby (Matt) Summers and Margy (Joseph) Cepielik and loving son, James (Martha) Maginel; proud grandmother of Mat (Priscilla) Summers III, Michael Summers, Robert (Lisa) Cepielik, the late Wyntr Cepielik Brown, Jamie (Jeremy) Maginel-Fox, Lisa (Jeffrey) Maginel-Kain, Mark and Emily Maginel; dear great-grandmother of Andrew, Zachary, Shay and Jake Summers, Lynnae, Samuel, Daniel, Olivia and Akiah Brown Cepielik; aunt to many nieces and nephews. In her 88 years she was full of life. She always had fun, laughing with her family and friends around her. All will miss her. Lifelong devoted fan of the Chicago White Sox, enjoying the World Championship Season!
