I have a few simple questions concerning our elected officials:

– Why does no one have a problem until he is caught?

– If someone is an alcoholic and is a decision-maker, why doesn’t he admit to the problem and seek help before something happens? What kind of decision-maker can he be if he does not?

– Are congressmen and representatives only alcoholics after they finish their sessions?

– How many bills or amendments have been born under the influence of alcohol?

– How many bills or amendments have been passed under the influence of alcohol?

– Why don’t congressmen clean up their own houses before they try to clean up the houses of their constituents?

– If others have knowledge of various personal shortcomings, do they keep quiet so that their own shortcomings are not divulged?

– Where are our watchdogs?

– Where is our representation?
