John Kotlarz of Concord, CA passed away on Wednesday, October 18, 2006 at the age of 91 after a long illness. Preceded in death by his loving wife Gertrude, nee Muchewicz; loving father of Judith (Dennis) Leal; proud grandfather of Dave and Gregory (Monique) Leal; and great-grandfather of Michael, Ryan, Nicholas and Miranda; fond brother of Pearl (late John) Skibo, late Frank (Helen) and the late Edwin (Martha). Burial took place at the Cypress Cemetery, Coma, California.
