Nathaniel “Ned” Ruff, 64, beloved husband of Rosalie; dear brother of Dr. Ronald (Zaneta) Ruff; cherished uncle of Mara, Miriam, and Rebecca Ruff; loving son of the late Samuel and Harriet Ruff. Ned was recently the co-corporate counsel for the City of East Chicago. He was also in private practice as an attorney for numerous years, being a strong advocate for all he served. One could not find a better husband, person and friend than Ned Ruff. He will be deeply missed.
