Columnist Garrison Keillor illuminates most Wednesdays for me. His thoughtful and often funny perceptions of life are impeccably worded. The plea for snow was quite wonderful (“Oh, please, let it snow; Minnesota longing for white Christmas,” Commentary, Dec. 20). His Canadian frostbacks tobogganing down the snow in the Boundary Waters wilderness made me smile all day. Long may he write.
