My State of the Union:
Our friends and family are killed in the name of a war erroneously created. Innocent people are murdered worldwide for the agenda of a small group. We’re getting poorer while Big Business basks in wealth. Our jobs are moved overseas and we’re left with the skeleton of what we worked so hard to create. Our services are cut while government spends our money on futile attempts to reconcile its mistakes. We’re sick and injured while health care is distributed based on class and pocketbook size.
Our rights are diminished and Constitution shredded in the fallacious misstatement of security. Our children are not properly educated because government believes bombs are the future rather than intelligence. Our environment is deteriorating, while people in power ignore the ground, air and water that sustain our lives. Our good name is destroyed by an administration that refuses to embody the people it is ordered by law to represent. We, the people, are supposed to hold the power. Not lobbyists or an administration. This is America. Listen to the people!
