So the CTA’s solution to raising the funds necessary to repair the aging “L” is to make the service so terrible that no one will ride it? I have recently downgraded my monthly pass to a pay-per-ride and I drive my car now as much as I can. I can no longer afford to depend on the CTA to get me to work on time. What a shame.
