An important rule in every home should be stressed. It’s the old rule followed by the Boy Scouts: Do a good deed every day.
Parents should show this by setting examples. Imagine the elimination of complaints at the end of the day being replaced with details of the good deed the teller has performed.
This would be a healthy atmosphere for children.
