Federal officials are searching for two men accused of robbing a bank in Chicago’s South Shore neighborhood.

The Federal Bureau of Investigation released video images of the robbers this week and asked for the public’s help in finding them.

The men were allegedly armed with handguns when they entered the Fifth-Third Bank branch in the 1600 block of East 79th Street about 10 a.m. Jan. 22.

The first robber is described as a black male age 35 to 50 standing 6 feet 3 inches tall. He was wearing a construction hard hat, a white mask and a dark jacket. The second robber is described as a black male age 35 to 50 standing 5 feet 6 inches tall. He had a mustache and was wearing a dark cap and a jacket.
