Vera Weisbach, nee Wingert,born Aug. 17, 1910 in Chicago, wife of the late Roy; loving daughter of the late Emma and Edward Wingert; fond sister of the late Connie (Bill) Schomacker, Evelyn (Elmer) Tremaine, Edward (Betty) Wingert, Kenneth (Florence) Wingert and Lucille Wingert; aunt of Robert Schomacker, Gail Tremaine (Frank) Christopher, Constance Wingert (Harold) Hendricks, Florence Wingert (Jack) Farris, Vera Kay Wingert (Bruce) Aldrin; great-aunt to Richard Baize, Russell Schomacker, Rebecca Schomacker, Ann Stafford, Glen Lallos, William Hendricks, Richard Hendricks, Donald Farris, Russell Farris, Eric Aldrin and Dawn Osborn; great-great-aunt of five. Vera was a 49 year employee of the Illinois Bell Telephone company in the Medical Department on Washington Street in downtown Chicago. Lying in State on Thursday, May 3 from 10 a.m. until time of service 10:30 a.m. at St. Peter’s Evangelical Lutheran Church, 86th & Kedvale, Chicago.
