Chicago police issued two alerts Monday about an attempted sexual assault last week in South Shore and an attempted abduction in West Lawn. In the South Shore attack, the man was described as wearing a ski mask, a black leather jacket, dark pants and shoes splattered with white paint. Anyone with information should call 312-492-3810. In the West Lawn incident, the man was described as a 30-year-old wearing a light blue jacket and red shirt. Anyone with information should call 312-747-8380.
