The number of Chicago-style pizzas Katie Holmes had flown to Louisiana on May 4 for the cast and crew of her upcoming film, “Mad Money,” people.com reports. The pizzas, from an undisclosed Chicago eatery, were baked on location as part of Holmes’ new habit of treating her co-workers on Fridays.
