Edward A. “Unkie” Schmaus, age 87, born Feb. 16, 1920, passed away June 10, 2007. Owner Schmaus Cash Register Company. Beloved “Unkie” to the Hansen and Pecs families. Also many other nieces and nephews who were the joy of his life. He loved his business where he worked until two months before his passing. A kind generous man beloved by his family, friends and customers. Always thinking about others before himself. The eternal optimist, always with a smile to share and never an unkind word spoken.
