Denim fittings at Lolla
In between catching Interpol, Pearl Jam and Amy Winehouse this weekend, take a break from the sweltering heat to get fitted for some jeans. Yep, Lollapalooza now offers the opportunity to find the perfect pair of flattering jeans too.
Lucky Brand has retrofitted a 1949 tour bus and embarked on a 45-city tour called “The Denim Highway,” which stops in Grant Park this weekend. The bus features an interactive showroom, full bar, and a psychedelic paint job. The bus will park in the artist compound, where the musicians hang before a show, and where Lucky will offer mini denim-fittings for the performers.
But mere mortals can have their waist, hips and bums measured too. Stop by Lucky’s two pop-up tents from 11 a.m. to 10 p.m. Friday through Sunday for free jean fittings.
