About 260,000 uninsured women will now qualify for free breast- and cervical-cancer screening and treatment under an expansion of a state health program announced Thursday by Gov. Blagojevich. He said an additional $50 million a year will be allocated to detect and treat cancers that if caught early have high survivor rates.
