Lil Wayne’s lawyer says the rapper’s arrest could have been avoided. William Head, Wayne’s lawyer, said his client never received a court summons, stemming from an arrest warrant on a felony fugitive charge from last year in Georgia. The rapper was arrested in Boise, Idaho, last weekend and appeared in court Thursday in Atlanta.
