Common and Kanye West collaborated on Common’s “Finding Forever” album, but they still have a healthy sense of competition when it comes to album sales.
“I definitely think Kanye’s album is incredible,” Common tells the January issue of XXL magazine. “But [bleep], I got the best album, point-blank, for this year.
“Obviously, his album sold more, but it’s about touching the people. That’s what the whole ‘Finding Forever’ album is dedicated to.”
