We loved the organic, small-batch marmalades and jellies from Frog Hollow Farm in California. Chef’n’s SleekStor Veggi-Steam is an easy-to-store silicone insert that can take the heat — up to 650 degrees. The 8 1/2-inch wide insert fits small and medium size pans, and is microwave- and dishwasher-safe.
