Beverly DiCaro Schmit, 72, of Huntley, IL formerly of Elgin passed away Wednesday March 19, 2008.
Loving daughter of the late Joseph and Marie (Burosh) DiCaro; beloved wife of the late Dr. Lawrence J. Schmit; dear mother to John (Susan), Paul (Karen), Lawrence (Kelly), and Gretchen Schmit; fond grandmother to Kaitlyn, Matthew, Andrew, Callie, Ryan, Kara, and Olivia; dear sister to Gene Marie (Lou) Schaeffer, James (Chickie), Joseph (Laura), the late Gwendoyln and Glenn DiCaro.
Funeral Mass will be celebrated on Tuesday March 25, 2008 at 10 a.m. in St. Mary’s Catholic Church, 397 Fulton St., Elgin, IL 60120.
Burial will follow in Mount Hope Cemetery, Elgin.
Visitation will be on Monday from 4 to 9 p.m. atLaird Funeral Home, 310 S. State St., (rt 31), Elgin, IL 60123 (847-741-8800), and on Tuesday at the church from 9 a.m. until the Mass.
Memorials may be made to the American Cancer Society or Fox Valley Hospice.
