A man randomly attacked six people, including WLS-Ch. 7 news anchor Cheryl Burton, on Loop streets Wednesday evening, Chicago police said.
Four women and two men were hurt before police, with the help of witnesses and a security guard, found the suspect — a man in his late 20s — and took him into custody. None of the victims was seriously hurt. Police said the suspect was mentally unstable and would be evaluated at a hospital.
