*Sequoit Summer, a daylong celebration of the opening of McMillen Field, will be held from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. May 31 at the field off Illinois Highway 173. The event features a rock climbing wall, inflatable GI Johnny, face painting, obstacle course, 5K run, dance clinic, golf and tennis lessons, and competitions in basketball, soccer, volleyball, football, and softball.
