Bravo’s rolling out the red carpet next month for the “A-list” — so naturally the network called on “My Life on the D-List” star Kathy Griffin to host its first pop culture awards show. “The A-List Awards,” set to air June 12 on the cable channel, seem similar in tone to VH1’s “Big in ’07” pop culture awards, but with the added twist of honoring fashion design and food as well.
