DEADLY BLAST: Police say a bomb ripped through a crowded morning rush-hour passenger bus Friday in a suburb of Sri Lanka’s capital, Colombo, killing at least 21 people and wounding another 47. A military spokesman accused the Tamil Tiger rebels of detonating the bomb.
