In Tuesday’s paper, we asked Sox fans to go to chicagotribune.com/soxpoll and tell us how they felt after the Sox were eliminated by the Rays. Of the nearly 3,000 respondents, 61 percent said “great — they exceeded my expectations;” 31 percent said “disappointed — they could have won the series;” and eight percent said “heartbroken – it was World Series or bust.”
