THIS WEEK’S CHATTERHEADS
Leo Gilbert, Whitney Young
Eleana Garcia, Steinmetz
Tyler Hughes, Sullivan
Monica Bator, Whitney Young
MODERATOR: Now that they’re out of the playoffs, what will
the Cubs and Sox be doing this week?
Leo: Asking themselves the same questions over and over, “Where did the hitting go?” and “What happened to the pitching?”
Eleana: Besides sobbing … maybe relaxing.
Tyler: Eating cheese fries?
Monica: They’ll be thinking: There’s always offseason…
MODERATOR: “The Express: The Ernie Davis Story” comes out
Friday. What old athlete would you make a movie about?
Leo: I would make a film about Sonny Liston and his fights against Muhammad Ali.
Eleana: Pele — one of the greatest football players of all time!!
Tyler: O.J. Simpson. There’s a good plot for a movie!
Monica: Mike Ditka?
MODERATOR: The Blackhawks start this week. What do or
don’t you like about hockey?
Leo: I like the agility and hard hitting that every player must have.
Eleana: Hockey is pretty OK, except for the violent slams.
Tyler: I hate the cold, the fights and the connection with Canada. Hockey, a true sport to hate.
Monica: Watching big guys fall on the ice … haha 🙂
MODERATOR: How would
you make cheerleading a
safer sport?
Leo: Bubble wrap
Eleana: Safer? There’s nothing dangerous about chanting positive words.
Tyler: Take away those pom-poms. Then again, idle hands are the devil’s workshop … so it doesn’t work out either way.
Monica: Stay on the g-r-o-u-n-d, duh :]
