A former Lake County assistant state’s attorney was indicted by a Lake County grand jury Wednesday on driving under the influence charges related to a June 29 car crash that left three people seriously injured.
Julio Argueta, now a Waukegan attorney, was charged with six counts of aggravated DUI.
Argueta allegedly had a blood alcohol level of 0.26, police said.
