Memorial service Friday, October 31, at 2 p.m., followed by a reception, at Chicago Sinai Congregation, 15 W. Delaware Place, Chicago.
The family will also be receiving at the family home from 7 to 9 p.m. on Wednesday, October 29.
In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to SGA Youth and Family Services or to the University of Chicago Laboratory Schools.
