A 21-year-old woman was cited with negligent driving after her car slammed into a pillar along Lower Wacker Drive Sunday night, injuring five people, including a child, officials said.
The injured were initially reported in serious to critical condition after the 7:20 p.m. crash near Columbus Drive, but authorities said the victims suffered non-life-threatening injuries.
Four adults and a child were taken to hospitals.
