One resident was critically injured and three suffered smoke inhalation from a fire today at a Kankakee nursing home.
The blaze broke out about noon at River Valley Supportive Living Residence at 1975 E. Court St., Kankakee, according to a report on the Daily Journal Web site.
The cause of the fire and the extent of damage were unknown.
