A Worth woman was cited after she allegedly called her brother-in-law April 1 and told him her 1-year-old child was not breathing, police said. The man called 911 and had an ambulance dispatched to the 11000 block of Columbus Drive, police said. Andaleib Shalabi, 23, was issued a ticket after paramedics learned the call was allegedly an April Fools’ Day joke.
