White House spokesman Robert Gibbs restated the Obama administration’s commitment to not raising taxes on families earning less than $250,000. The reassurance came Monday after two top White House officials suggested over the weekend that tax increases could not be ruled out.

Oh, Mickey, you’re so fine … and now more expensive. Walt Disney World is raising ticket prices for its theme parks. The Orlando Sentinel reports that the base price of a one-day, one-park adult ticket will increase from $75 to $79. Child tickets go up $5 — from $63 to $68 and the prices for multi-day passes will go up also.
