A total of eight roadside mailboxes were reported damaged last week in the front yards of homes in the 16700 block of Winter Berry Lane and the 16800 block of Cardinal Drive in Orland Park, police said.
Most of the boxes were knocked off of their posts. A witness spotted several teenage boys in the area before the discovery of the damaged boxes, police said.
