Jake Peavy allowed one hit while striking out five, including the side in the first, in three innings Thursday for Triple-A Charlotte against Pawtucket. He threw 43 pitches, 26 for strikes while facing 10 batters. “My ankle feels OK,” Peavy said. “It’s certainly not 100 percent, but it’s getting there. … I’m sure tomorrow I’m going to be sore all over.”
