A construction worker told police he was robbed at gunpoint Dec. 5 outside an unincorporated Aurora residence where he was doing some work.
The man told Kane County sheriff’s police the robber took some power tools and other items valued at more than $1,200. The incident took place about 6 p.m. in the 1100 block of South Union Street. The robber wore a black hooded sweatshirt and had a bandanna covering his face, according to reports.
