Chicago police issued a missing person’s alert today for a 36-year-old man who suffers from bipolar disorder and depression.
James Revels was last seen on New Year’s Eve about 6 p.m. leaving his home on the 1900 block of West Division Street.
He is described as a white man, 6 feet tall, weighing 180 pounds, with brown eyes, brown hair and with an olive complexion, police said.
Revels was last seen wearing a hooded sweatshirt, white T-shirt and blue jeans.
