– A story Monday overstated the amount of additional revenue Metra will receive from raising the penalty for onboard purchase of tickets. That figure is $500,000 a year.
– In Monday’s Live! section, an actor was misidentified as K. Todd Freeman in a photo caption accompanying a review of “The Brother/Sister Plays.” The correct identification for the photograph was: Glenn Davis, left, and Phillip James Brannon.
– In the Sunday section, the sugar waffles recipe accompanying the Leah Eskin Home on the Range column included an extra ingredient, baking powder, in the directions that is not needed.
– A story Saturday explaining how religious orders don’t publicize substantiated clergy abuse allegations while the Chicago Archdiocese publicizes credible allegations against its priests incorrectly said the archdiocese and Augustinians settled a case in 1999 involving former priest Frank Paduch. The archdiocese was removed from the lawsuit by the plaintiff before the case was settled.
