The Sun-Times reports:
The Old Town School of Folk Music has filed a zoning application for an $18 million expansion of classrooms, dance studios and a 133-seat performance venue. The new facilities would be built across the street from the school on LIncoln Avenue. Groundbreaking is expected later this year.
