No charges are likely to be filed after four shopping bags of marijuana were found in an Evanston home last month because police said they can’t prove whom the bags belonged to. About 3 pounds of marijuana were found last month in a home in the 1700 block of Hartrey Avenue after police responded to a report of a suspicious person climbing over a fence to enter the property. The marijuana was discovered in a closet when police checked the home to secure it.
